Had a fanastic time. Instructors knew there stuff and were very welcoming. I did my Day Skipper ready for a flotilla holiday next summer and feel that I am now up for the job. Thanks very much - I will be back next winter for my Coastal Theory and Practical.
Will recommend to all my friends.
    Good bits:
own cabin, duvet, collection from airport, friendly staff who are good teachers, good food and plenty of it
    bad points:
    going home

Just returned from my second sailing trip with Club Sail. Had a great time. As a single person its nice to have your own cabn, and with a maximum of 4 clients on board you get individaul tuition.
The airport pick up is nice as it means you don't have the extra costs of transfers.
Welcome drink means you get introduced to instructors and fellow crew members which is great touch.
Comin back to do Yachtmaster next time!

Just returned from second sailing holiday with Club Sail, got Day Skipper in 2 weeks last year with chief instructor
& this year developed skills with his wife, who he said was much tougher! She certainly developed my wind awareness & I now feel confident to go for Coastal Skipper next year. We had 6 days wonderful sailing, lunch & a swim in Spaghetti Bay & a magical night sail into the setting sun with a tall ship on our port beam, a large whale crossing the bow & dolphins surrounding the boat. ...

Been sailing with three schools [ex UK] - Allabroadin Gibralar; Canary Sail [La Gomera] and Club Sail. Club sail is by far the worst !!

The owner is very charming, but the instructors are pretty useless. I was fortunate in getting one who was ex Canary Sail and was therefore of an above average quality. The key is to not pay in advance, but by credit card - if the owner does not keep the instructors on their toes then you can put him through hassle and negotiate a substantial discount. The ...

Club Sail has a nice operation, good Instructors and boats.

Las Galletas is very windy as a base. A highly rated review from a member of staff, perhaps a little biased.

Fair value for money but in this day and age pay by credit card or on arrival, not way in advance.

Although I found the quality of the yacht and instruction to be good, it didn't make up for the fact that it was like being in the UK with sun. We did visit the island of La Gomera where the towns of San Sebastian and Vall Grand Rey were charming.

I came to Club Sail after experiencing a somewhat disappointing time with another school, so I was half expecting the same type of instruction at club sail, but how wrong I was, the school is excellent both in the class room and out at sea. I was pleased with the standards. The course was both enjoyable and challenging, I would go back to club sail again. The Island of La Gomera was fantastic the boats we used were to a high standard well done, you have made a mark.

Chartered Club Sail's new Hanse 400e. Great welcome when picked up at the airport, boat very clean and tidy. Safety brief included in handover. They didn't laugh when we rang to say the gauge had a red light and it was an empty water tank! Good value for money

On our experience we would not recommend Club Sail for chartering
