I have got my 3 tickets for Depeche Mode worth 560£!!! Halleluja! I was almost sure that I became victim of e-fraud but... after several phone calls and just 24h before concert I received tickets!
If you like HAZARD - go for it!
And I do not understand WHY they requested for scan of my credit card and pass?!

Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare!! Be VERY wary of booking tickets with Worldticketshop.com. Having paid nearly £300 for two Snow Patrol Tickets for 29-11-09 I have yet to see my money returned after not even seeing the concert! Although being very quick to take my money and to be fair confitm my booking etc with e-mails they still left our experience with them appalling.

I bought a really expensive seated ticket for Tokio Hotel in Moscow March 2010 from World Ticket Shop... They took my money immediately & i never heard from them again despite multiple emails & phone calls... Total Rip Off!!! Avoid this bogus Company at all costs... not worth the stress.... I called my Bank (Bank of America)... They credited my money instantly & i was told worldticketshop.com is nothing but a Scam Site.... I'm hoping to find a genuine site that has tickets for this Venue....

For a special occasion we ordered tickets from Worldticketshop in August for an Andre Rieu concert on 25th November. Because we heard nothing from Worldticketshop we chased by telephone and were told the tickets would be sent out 5 to 2 days before the concert. On 3rd November they e-mailed to say they had not got the tickets and would refund the money (which they may do in time.)I had arranged time off work and we had booked travel and accommodation so financially I am well out of pocket. We ended up crying our eyes out because of being cheated with the tickets in the night which had to be perfect. We bought standing tickets for 109 ', so not the cheapest priced 90'. We had the tickets which were priced 36' and were called "Arena tickets" , not "Standing tickets" which we expected to get. Never ever ever ever purchase tickets from Worldticketshop.com. They completely ripped me off. I thought I was purchasing 2 tickets for a comedy gig at £20 each. When I received the confirmation email, they had charged my credit card £209 for the two tickets. When I contacted them about this to say a mistake had obviously been made, they said that I had purchased the tickets, so I must have known how much they cost and that it was my fault and no refund was available.

One of the greatest con-artists. Wont be is business very long! I ordered tickets in their most expensive category => 223'. Got tickets sold at a retail price at 94'. My seats is on the upper level, nearly as far form the stage as possible. If I have bought the tickets in Hamburg I only had to pay 194' for the best seats possible. A warning to anyone traveling abroad who might consider using WorldTicketShop.com: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I bought two tickets for Tommy Emmanuel concert in Budapest. They did not find tickets for me, but they did refund the money.They answered promptly to my answers.I saw very bad reviews on this site, but it seems they are fair enough. Anyway, I think I wouldn't buy again tickets from this company.

I used Worldticketshop to purchase tickets to Fenerbahce-Galatasaray football match in Istanbul. They were unreliable and misleading and I will never use them again. When speaking to them 1-2 days ahead of the game (when tickets were due to be delivered to my hotel) they assured me that the local agent had my tickets in possession and was in the process of delivering to hotels by hand. Worldticketshop is advertising tickets for Placido Domingo in Simon Boccenegra at the Royal Opera House (ROH) in the summer of 2010 at £259 and more. I have been told by the ROH, who have not yet put tickets for these performances on sale, not only that they do not allocate tickets to Worldticketshop but also that they have not yet priced them. Their advice, and mine, is to steer clear of this organisation

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY MAKING ME MAD !!! AND UPSET !!!
The Soccer tickets were purchased and cancelled a week prior to the game by a LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALL ( QUEBEC ) and BY way of an EMAIL.
I advised them that I didn't feel comfortable providing my personal INFO

I still haven't received tickets for a concert happening tomorrow. WTS are unable to tell me which agency the tickets will be issued from or who will deliver them. Today they told me it will be sorted in the morning and not to worry but another employee told me that it's unlikely I'll be going as they won't arrive in time. They honestly don't seem to know what's going on but they were happy to take my money. AVOID

I ordered and paid for tickets at short notice. They quickly contacted me and apologised that they had been unable to source them. They promptly refunded me. I was happy with the service and the one phone call I made was answered promtly.

It's been a full year since I paid these guys but they still haven't sent me the tickets! I am constantly emailing them and they keep on promising they will deliver but they don't. The tickets were too expensive and I am worried that I might lose my money... also if I couldn't make it to the concert you don't have enough time to make alternative arrangements as they (if at all) deliver them literally at the last minute.

I am now trying to 'threaten' them in order for them to take me seriously ...

I booked tickets for a concert of Pink in the Netherlands, I was on a holiday there. Before ordering them I read all the information in the website of worldticketshop. Of course you can see thay they are brokers, and not an official selling point (very important point).

I ordered 2 3rd row seats to the concert that is 6 months from now. Those jerks at WorldTicketShop took my money then sent an email confirming my sale and also mentioned the tickets would arrive 2-5 days before the concert and the sale was final and cannot be canceled.
Yea right. Watch my bank reverse the charges. I replied immediately in an email telling them to cancel as I am not waiting 6 months for tickets and that should be made known at the time of purchase, not buried someone in a link o ...

I ordered last minute tickets for a concert. WorldTicketShop told me the same day that they could not deliver the ticket before the concert. When I asked for a refund, they simply told me "NO". The amount is not so big, just 85 EURO, but still it is not what a normal customer expects from an online ticketing shop. Moreover, when I called them, they treated me as an enemy and were rude if I put it politely.
