I have been dealing with TD Canada Trust Internet Banking since pre-merge in 2001. I was previously a client of Canada Trust and remember the simplicity of their web banking. That being said, TD has rolled out the best platform for on-line banking in the industry by far. For 5yrs now, TD has won synovate and taken that title in most of the 13 qualifications. You can perform everything from applying for credit, purchase mutual funds, pay bills and immediate access to funds after paying a TD visa. If you have ?? a rep will call u back within a few minutes. I bank with other FI's and will be bringing all my banking to TD when i can. Highly recommended.

Any online banking service, like TD Canada Trust Internet Banking, that goes down, and stays down all day, when important banking is to be done, deserves a low score.

I wanted to increase my visa card credit limit by 500 $ with TD Canada Trust Internet Banking. Since my visa secured visa, they wanted to put another 100 dollers as a savings account money. My credit history is excellent and I spent three months to get credit increase. I called TD five times, I went to different branches six times and then they increased my credit limit.
Still facing very very poor response about all services.
It's not a good bank to deal with. I will be transfering to another b ...

All I ask for from TD Canada Trust Banking is to ensure that the cheque is posted on the account in order that I can view it on easy web. 1/2 the time this is never done and it can take days and hours on the phone in order to get it. Easy Line ( should be hard line) staff (also located in India) are not helpful whatsoever. Systems are down can't access now. Call back at 4:00 am. I asked if the manager had a pen and he can request. no way to log and follow up with a request if done through ...

Early 2008 TD changed their policy re Quicken downloads. Went thru much frustration before Quicken tech service informed me of their change of Policy. I would have liked TD to have informed me of any changes. Lack of this support will make me consider a change in Personal Banking.

Overall, TD Canada Trust is not the bank for me. I believe that RBC is the best of all the banks and they help their clients with the bevst of their abilities.

The TD Canada Trust web site was completely down for an entire day on August 13. Very unusual - and frustrating. It lost some of the positive aspects of Canada Trust by permitting poor practices to dominate.

I was told several things verbally when I signed up for my account, that i said were must haves before moving my accounts and they have been false . They have archaic policies and the manager isn't really a manager , he is is just a message passer parrot , that spouts out , "I'm sorry our corporate policy doesn't allow us to do that" I refuse to have my business taken for granted

A Review of TD Canada Trust Internet Banking www.tdcanadatrust.com -I have banked with them for several years, but am now finding that their online and phone banking is so off-putting that I do most of my transaction in the branch. If you want the convenience of online/phone banking, this is not the bank for you.
