The customer service I received was fantastic. My advisor was in constant contact with me and went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted.

He explained everything to me in simple terms and always answered my queries within 15minutes.

I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I found the whole process was excellent from start to finish. The people who handled my application were professional, efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous. They kept me fully informed and were always willing to answer any questions/queries I had. I would definately not hesitate to use the company again or recommend Car Loans 4 U to friends, family and colleagues.

We found that car Loan 4 U was stress free! We had a very helpful and friendly young lady called Serena, She kept us up to date with what stage things were at. We found the car and she did the rest, all we had to do was send a few documents and the the car was ours.

The staff at Carloan4u were very helpful and professional from start to finish. The communication was brilliant keeping me informed at all stages of the loan process. I've had problems in the past obtaining car finance but carloan4u did what they said they would do. No catches!

Fantastic from start to finish, Customer service was second to none and all the staff were very friendly, all questions were answered straight away.including that i have been still accepted although i came out of a bankruptcy 18 months ago.
The process was really easy and fast. i applied on a thursday evening online, I recieved the answer on the friday with info on how to contact them for any help on a local number not any of this premium rate rubbish. i was told to pick my car and contact them ...

took over 3 days to get a decision. had to chase several times, I then found out they had sent my details to over 6 different lenders without my knowledge. Quoted me rates of 32% APR. When i shpooed around i finally got a deal elsewhere for 16% APR

Service from Matthew was first class. I was made aware at all times of information coming through and had daily dialogue. Not once did I have to chase for answers. Matthew was also keeping the garage up to date with information, so overall service across the three areas was excellent. Would use again.

What can i say about Carloan4u, the service i encountered was superb from their initial contact to the close of the deal, the communication was excellant and i felt that my representative worked hard to get me the best deal possible, i purchased my car a Mercedes B180 from a website that had been recommended by Carloan4u and am very pleased with the vehicle.

We have used car Loan 4 U twice now and they have been faultless. From the initial discussion right through to following up every detail. I dealt with Matt Holland on both occasions and he was friendly, professional and dealt with all my queries and I will be picking up my new car very shortly.I would definitely recommend them in the future and I will also definitely use them again.They gave me all the facts and figures on repayments from the start and that was very helpful.

Car Loan4 U did a great job for me. My circumstances weren't simple and they found a good value loan quickly and managed the process flexibly and patiently. The person who dealt with the application was efficient and friendly and delivered a really good outcome.

Dealth with - Scott O'Brien who kept me totally up to date with what was happening. In knew what to expect and when - he made sure I understood the process from start to finish. As I am busy person he would text me to let me know he had emailed with important documents thay way I missed nothing that was cruial. I found the whole experience with Car Loan 4 U very helpful, fast and efficient. The person I dealt with was very professional and he did his best to find me a very good deal. I found my car, emailed the details to him and within an hour I had a quote, which was excellent. As soon as I accepted the offer it took a minimal 24 hours to get the money to the car company. I was very satisfied with the service.

I am very happy with the service i recieved from car loan 4 u. The staff was the best to deal with kept me up to date with regular phone call letting me know how far the application was.
I was very pleased with the friendly helpfull staff not pushy at all and very determined to get me the right deal!
Excellent overall nothing to complain about would definatly recommend to a friend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would just like to say what an extremly efficient company, we rang the number, and the rest wes simple, its just a they say on there website,
you find a car you gaive them the details, tell them how much you need to borrow, they send you an application form you sign it, they pay the dealer
put a down payment or not whatever your case maybe. they do all the hard work and you sit back and wait for the call you call is ready.

Would definatly recommend to a freind or collegue.
