    Good Points: Very helpful despite changing my bikes and no longer riding kawasaki they still offer competitive cover including multibike cover (gsxr1000 for the sunny days and an old vfr750 for winter hacks!) if competitors are marginally cheaper I have still remained/renewed with k care due to the level of customer service.


    Bad Points: it may be necessary to state you have found cheaper at renewal time to drive down k cares renewal quote! (they will ask with whom? So don't fib!) and they charge an admin fee for bike changes mid term (but cheaper then most!) customer support number takes longer to answer then new sales number but I have found this with other companies also. There appears to be excessive paperwork issued perhaps only the policy should be posted and the schedule etc e mailed to save a tree?


    General comments: Kawasaki K Car Motorcycle Insurance have a very slick and professional telephone team who actually know about motorbikes (and are pleasing to talk to). In my experience being polite and courteous goes a long way with telephone sales people and ultimately the person you are talking to could save you a lot of money... As I have found with k care........
