I have been banking with the NPBS for well over 10 years now, and they have never let me down. The Internet banking works a treat - I believe the first bank to do online banking in the UK?The staff on the phone are always friendly, helpful and know their products. When I was first looking for a credit card I looked on the money supermarket site.I picked out a one with Norwich & Peterborough BS. I contacted them to be told the offer was for their own customers only. They have now started to print this information below their offer. Why could they not do this at the beginning? So frustrating.
