    General comments: I purchased a Road Angel Plus last July 2006 I had problems with it from the start. Whenever I left my vehicle and it switched itself off on my return, and it would not switch on again. On contacting Road Angel Customer Support, I was told to press the reset button in the rear of the unit using a paper clip, and it would reset itself. This I did, but I found myself doing this on a regular basis, so I rang Road Angel again and they were very helpful in that they exchanged the unit, but it wasn't long before this too started to do the same thing. Now 10 months later the reset button has disappeared and it doesn't work properly.
