    General comments: On a day, on time, safe and friendly(!!), good meals including veg. Is there anything else you need to get from A2B?! P.S. London-Moscow

    Clean planes. On time. Bad service. Not friendly flight attendants. A lot of alcoholic beverages are not free, but are free in any other company. I try to avoid flying with Aeroflot.

    Aeroflot Russian Airlines were on time, with new planes. I'd recommend to all.

    I would not recommend this airline!!! You will save more paying more and flying with another carrier!!! My experience was the worst.! I am a film maker and went to Iran from Los Angeles to shoot a documentary for a month, my flights where delayed and I missed my connecting flights. No mercy from Aeroflot and I could not find anyone speaking English. Not talking about bad service and horrible food, you will not get any call back if you happen to lose your bags.!!!     I will never fly with this airline again! I don't care if the tickets are considerably cheaper than their competitors this airline is terrible. This past Feb. I flew from Shanghai to Amsterdam with a layover in Moscow. The flight attendants were very unfriendly. I had specifically asked for vegetarian meals, but they did not provide them.     On Nov 07 I bought 2 tickets to go to Japan via Moscow with Aeroflot, these tickets were fully refundable except for a cancellation fee of USD60 which would be levied from the total amount. About a week later I needed to change the dates but there were no more seats available with Aeroflot so I had to cancel and have the tickets refunded. After several attempts to get them refunded, they did refund the amount for only 1 of the tickets on March 08!!

    Several people warned us that baggage theft is common on Russian airlines, including Aeroflot Russian Airlines but I never thought it would happen to me. We checked in our baby stroller on the door to the plane while boarding for flight SU322 from LAX to Moscow on Saturday 5/24/08. It was stolen by the time we arrived to Moscow. It is very expensive stroller (retail value $170). We still have the receipt they gave us on the door of the plane. This is the first and last time we fly this airline.

    I flew from Moscow to Seattle and service was great, food was delicious and I had overall good experience.

    Aeroflot is the worst airline I ever flown on. The seat material is made of plastic PVC type, and it was very uncomfortable for a 4 and an half hour flight! And my Chicken flight meal was stone cold the moment it hit my table.
