    Good Points: Agile, reliable, nice car to drive, roomy.


    Bad Points: Slugish, nasty gearbox but you can get used to it, heavy on juice for a 1.1.


    General comments: Good all round car. Definitely worth it for the space and reliability!

    If you're on a budget or need cheap insurance, the Peugeot 206 1.1 LX is very hard to beat. Very low running costs combined with CD player, PAS, auto Lights & wipers etc. make an extremely lovely car. I love it!

    The 1.1 engine on the Peugeot 206 is great for a first or city car!!! Parking is a piece of cake, even without the power steering. It has lots of storage space, but very little equipment in this standard model. Electric front windows and a superb audio system (K7), rear fog light and that's about it :). Newer models offer a bit more (X-Line: Airbags, Power steering, Front Fog Lamps as standard, new dashboard design + aluminium inserts at console and doors). I recommend the 1.4 HDi diesel, as I e ...
