    Good Points: I really like this machine, it's easy to use and maintain and most importantly it makes an excellent cup of coffee and the steam function is very good.


    Bad Points: The first machine was unreliable. Was in Gaggia workshop 5 times in 9 months with various faults. All done as warranty work.


    General comments: Gaggia dealt promptly with the several problems we had with the first machine and agreed to replace it. The new machine arrived yesterday - fingers crossed we won't have the same experience this time around.

    When you're using the Gaggia 74883 Syncrony Digital Coffee Maker you can choose how much water is dispensed for each shot.

    Unfortunately, mine keeps breaking down, and it has cost me £250 to have it repaired, and I have now given up.

    Only average, and unreliable.
