    I've no idea whether they deserve all the ghastly reviews they've had above--because when I tried (22 Nov 09) to book a Zurich-Delhi flight via their website, the website wasn't functioning: I filled in (correctly) the two airports concerned, but it merely told me to fill valid city names. So I did that and was told the same thing.

    Then, when I tried to be helpful and tell them via their "feedback" page that the site was up the creek, I found the page insists it must know what country one is in---but hasn't heard of "United Kingdom" or "Great Britain" or "Britain"--- and refuses to let you enter any of these manually.

    How have these people stayed in business? And why? I'd give them zero if your rating system allowed it

    THIS COMPANY IS WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY VIA C/C AND NO TICKETS. THERE SITE IS BIG FRAUD, DONOT GO AFTER PRETTY COLORS AND FANCY WRITING. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
    WORST EXPERINCE IN 27 YEARS.. FRAUD

    I really wish there was something like a zero star in your rating system or may be even a negative. I mean how complicated can it be to make a booking...they have a bunch of amateurs wasting our time. I swear I am willing to pay any extra amount or even cancel my trip rather than deal with them.

    I live in the USA. We decided to book a Hotel through Makemytrip.com for Goa which was simple and straight forward. Unfortunately we had to cancel the bookings, so I went to the website to get it sorted. To my surprise there IS NO ONLINE CANCELATION available for hotels! The website does not even state what to do to cancel hotel booking. The only cancellation available is for flight and train bookings!
    I tried to call the "24/7" Customer Support number listen on the website. I kept on getting ...

    Absolute rip-off. I could get the tickets from other agents for almost 35 - 45% less. A big NO ! Customer service was awful. Not Recommended.

    I would not recommend MakeMyTrip to anyone. I did not believe all the horrible reviews I read online and like a fool went with them to book a ticket. I am now stuck with a charge on my credit card that has not been reversed yet. I have a ticket that I paid for that is atleast 20% more than what I should have paid for and I have had to go through more than 10 hours or haggling and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM.     September 7th, 2009 I had booked 3 tickets from Newark to India and I got confirmation. After 15 min. when I had called makemytrip customer service to just confirm about my booking, and they told me that it never went through or it's not available. After talking with them for 1 hr., rep told me called us back after 7 hours. Now again chatting for 2 hours they try to sell on higher price.     very bad experience with make my trip. Flight schedule had changed and we had to go thru a great deal of hassle. I would never use MMT ever again.

    Make My Trip is the worst ever customer support/company policy I have ecnountered. I am currentlyin US and I booked a ticket from Delhi to Patna (as a trial so that I can book my international flight also). I booked the flight for 15th november 2009.     i would not recommend makemytrip.com to any one.... it is a horrible website and their service is very very bad...     Make My Trip. I got confirmation of my successful Booking over sms but didn't receive an e-ticket thru mail. Then when I called MMT for the same, they told me my transaction didn't took place correctly or that was a transaction which got lost. how come it can be so unjustified?     I booked the ticket over the phone from united states, 5 months before i travel. coming to india was not a problem but going back to us is the biggest hassel.     I used mmt to book a reservation for Dec. 08. I am suppose to travel next week to Kerala. Found out a month ago that the return flight that I am suppose to travel from Kerala to KWI cancelled. No one from MMT called me about this as far as I am aware. I found this out by calling the airline. Then I contacted MMT to find out what went wrong. That's where the real problems begin for me.

    I wanted to confirm my parents tickets and they were not confirming, more over they kept me on hold such a long and they told me that my pnr number is wrong and that my parents tickets are on hold, after sending me etickets they told that I dint pay the amount, where as they deducted the amt from my account, do not recommend makemytrip.com.

    I booked a holiday through MakeMyTrip.com web site on 14th. For 15th and 16th Aug at Bhimtal. The credit card was debited and I received a confirmation mail to my booking.

    Makemytrip as far as I am aware have not yet provided the airline with our contact information after we booked our tickets via their website.
    When the airline rescheduled the flight they could not inform us because of the actions of the MakeMyTrip as far as I am concerned.

    Therefore I do not recommend Make My Trip.com+

    I booked my round trip ticket through makemytrip by calling them. After a week, they informed me that there was a change in Schedule of the return flight. So, I asked them to cancel the ticket with a promise that they would refund the full amount. The trip has been cancelled and I haven't received the refund till now as far as I am aware.
