Purchased 2 tickets to see Miley Cyrus in London. I tried everything possible to contact them. For the whole week before the concert was held the phones just rang out. I mailed them about 20 times also - absolutely no reply.
This company is a total scam. Never buy from them.

Thank goodness I saw these reviews, I brought tickets for Peter Kay on the 4th Dec 2009 and they went into Liquidation on the 9th. Luckily I did it on my credit card so all being well I will get my money back. BIG THANK YOU TO THE REVIEW CENTRE, I will always use you in future!

Well I didn't get my tickets as company went bust then they had the cheek to ring me with some sob story and not to worry my tickets are at box office.They would call me back with a code I would need I have not heard from them since £400 quid down the drain !!!!

I have also been scammed aswell, as I was desperate to see KISS in May 2010 and bought tickets for me and my Dad totaling £100. However, with no news of wether they had received my money or not i checked on other websites to see if other people had had similar experiences. Unfortunately I did not do my homework as I quickly found out due to many other people cursing the online ticket shop for taking their money.

Got caught as well for £450.00!!! and now they have been closed down, Im sure that cash is gone.

I hope they go to jail.

The Online Ticket Shop are complete con artists!!!!!!!! Exactly the same as all the other scenarios, tickets did not arrive, attempted to call and email however no success, This was a very stressful time - please AVOID at all costs!!! AVOIDDDDDDDD!!!! By the way, they do not deserve any stars however had to give them a rating to complete this review.

Please do NOT buy anything from the online ticket shop, they are thiefs, it's nothing but fraude and burglery what they are doing!! I was stupid and bought tickets for the MJ Tribute concert (last September) for a total amount of 1500 GBP, guess what........the tickets never arived, they didn't pick up the phone and they didn't respond to e-mails. As it was/is a huge amount of money I directly contacted my Bank and explained the situation and demanded to cancel my payment made with a credit card ...

Unfortunately I had the same bad experience as you guys. Cant believe they are still operating!! Their site is linked to the http://www.globalticketshop.com/ which gives the impression they are just as serious. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

No Tickets came, no one answered the phone or emails...Managed to recover my £300 odd pounds back via my cedit card. WHY HAVE THESE Guys still got a web site??? Why are they still in business?? They should have been stopped by now! NO STARS!!

Did not receive tickets. No answer on the phone at all for two weeks. They did not answer my emails. The event is tonight 14th Nov. Will be contacting my credit card company asap. AVOID wish I had seen reviews first. Will also be reporting to comsumer direct and trading standards. Customer service and overall rating didn't deserve one star but I had to put something to continue

Beware ordering from this compant, chances are you won't get the tickets, have fraudulent transactions on your credit card post purchase and then have to dispute the transaction for the purchase of the tickets through your credit card company. I've never had a problem with Ticketmaster and will never use onlineticketshop again.

Wish I had seen review's, just last week purchased 4 tickets priced £550 for jingle bell ball 09 at O2 from the online ticket exchange for my daughters 18th. Have tried to track tickets and have had no response to e-mails and no answer on the phone line and the other line no longer exsits. Dont hold out much hope of receiving tickets, daughter and friends are so upset. I have contacted Trading Standards, Police and Credit Card Company no one seems to care. Ordered tickets for Fleetwood Mac NIA - not received - don't answer their phone - e-mail bounced back - have managed to get through on another number after doing some detective work only to be cut off - have reported to police, trading standards and will contact google to advise. Little hope of getting a refund I fear as it was paid for by debit card!!
OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ---------BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
i brought tickets for my father in laws birthday to see coldplay at 02, well never recieved the tickets i tryed contacting them they never answered the phone kept sending emails which they never replied to then finally i did get a response saying they were very busy n there was a problem with there computers and they would sort out a refund well this was 2 months ago i still havent recieved my money back and havent heard from them in any way

The Online Ticket Shop conned us last june 08 ordered tickets for Bon jovi at hamden never recieved them yes we got our money back through barclaycard. how are they able to advertise still trade and standards should be doing more to stop these scumbags ripping us off. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE (they dont even deserve one star)

i think if u order tickets in april you shouldnt have to drive for two hrs to their dodgy little office on the 23rd of oct to get ur tickets am i wrong ??? and then be told to come back in 6 hrs heelllloooo what a scam we did get r tickets luckliy for them coz if id missed green day omg i cant even write down what i would have done someone close these lazy scammers down !!!!!!!!!!!

AVIOD AVIOD! This so called comany are a scam. Ordered tickets to the Green Day @ the O2 for the 24th October 09 on the 15th August. NO TICKETS despite emailing and trying to call.
