    After what i'd seen and read about Easy jet i was pleasantly surprised, staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of legroom i'm 5'92", if you have children or you are disabled you get priority on boarding, then it's a bit of a mad rush to get your seats as they are not allocated on your ticket. I think you can pay a small charge to get on early which i would have done if i had known what i know now. All in all i found the experience quite good.

    I was annoyed when I was bumped off a flight through overbooking, the Easy Jet staff didnt seem to care at all and I have had no joy at all in receiving a refund let alone the compensation which is due to me. I am now taking them to court, anyone in a similar situation should do the same, they do not want to pay out even though it is clearly their fault! Shame because I didnt mind flying with them, but when there is a problem, you are on your own!

    I have used Easy Jet now several times for short hop flights and always found them to be very acceptable, yes they are prone to delays but nothing too bad, the planes are fairly good and the staff friendly, bar snacks and a beer is fine on a short hop flight, for longer trips I would use somebody else with more of an inflight service but generally for short trips I find them the best.

    Very unhelpful staff, when my flight was canceled I feel they behaved as though it was my fault. I have used easy jet several times, the only reason I will use it again is the price. That's it, therefore I do not recommend Easy Jet.co.uk.

    Flew from Prague to East Midlands.

    Check in staff very friendly at Prague Airport. I offered to place my small suitcase inside the measurement cage or weigh it, but they said I didn't have to as it seemed ok visually (it was fine by the way) and they dont have a weight limit.

    Call for boarding and security clearance left plenty of time before take off. Staff on the modern clean and quiet plane kindly pointed out the exit seats were free, which for a tall traveler like me makes a big difference ...

    EasyJet, as most people know are a no-frills airline. They have 258 routes available to 68 European airports. If they don't fly there, then it's probably not worth visiting! Not only can you get cheap flights via their website, you can also track down Hotels, Travel Insurance and Car Rental.
    If you make a booking online you are given a password and you can access your booking at any time. You can use this to check your detail and even change certain aspects of your journey or amend named passe ...
