    GFLM are great at getting the money to you.

    We were late by 2 days and they Hounded my guarantor at work and made her cry.

    Scott at FLM is the worst person I have ever spoken to absoulte git.

    DO NOT GO HERE

    payday uk or uncle buck or even wage day advance are all a lot lot better.

    Tabitha Nishiyama was my case worker,she was nice and friendly,and explained every step we had to take in a easy to understand way,i find this company very easy to use and get on with,and they try and do everything as quick as they can for you.

    My caseworker Yasmin was extremely polite and dealt with my application in a very professional manner. She explained everything in detail which I mostly appreciated as I have never taken a loan out before. The payout was quick and I received my money soon after, thank you FLM and a special thanks to Yasmin

    I think the High Street Banks could learn a thing or two about customer service from FLM. It was efficient, to the point and completed very quickly. Love the online tracking system and although the interest rates are high, they are better than most in the circumstances.

    Very pleased and Lindsey Roberts was great at her job.

    I think that FLM loans would be better off not texting their clients constantly. I also think that FLM would be better off e-mailing their clients as people don't always have time to talk to a member of staff. Their speed in delivering money is longer that 48 hours, as i haven't yet recieved mine. This shows a lot about FLM's service and reliability

    I am standing as gaurantor for my sisters loan and was called by Yasmin and was explained in a very friendly and relaxed way, what it consisted of and what the consequences were. I was told when the payment date for my sister was and how much a monthly payment would be. She was more than happy to go back and answer any questions and explain in detail any points I wanted to clarify and she definatly was a good first contact for the company.     I have had a rewarding experience with my advisor (Dave Skeoch), he has been extremely polite and courteous, as i have found with all the staff at FLM, who are always too eager to help at every opportunity.
    With this and the willingness to help those noone else will i will recommenend FLM to friends and family with pleaure.

    Disappaointed at the service. I was allocated an advisor and I could never get in touch when I needed to. My guarantor tried to make contact and NOTHING. I wouldn't bother again.

    i'd like to give a big thank you to my caseworker yasmin, she has helped make my application quick and easy, and also halped as a transulator for my garantor. yasmin is very polite and a nice person to talk. if i ever had to take a loan out again, i would definatly call yasmin. thanks again yasmin.

    I posted the forms on 12/11 and had contact with the company the next day. It is a speedy and efficient servvice. The fact that if you need the money quick they can pay out in 24 hours is amazing. I'll definately be introducing my friends to the service.

    the staff at flm are very helpfull, especially one individual who also helped me with my flm quick payday loan. Yasmin helped transulate to my garantor, who does not understand english verywell. thanks to Yasmin my application was able to be processed.

    i think this company is most helpful and very quick in responding to
    my plea of help they were very pleasant on the phone plus very considerate when trying to call as i was not able to take calls straight away i would like to thank yasmin for all her help in everything she has done for me.

    Overall i was pleased with the service. I thought the guarantors bit was a quite intrusive and didnt like the fact that my money went into their account but i was very happy and pleasantly surprised with the speed in which i got the loan. Also, i was very impressed by my coordinator, Bradley Bird, who was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful and smoothed the way for me and put my mind at ease.     I have been struggling over the last 5 years or so but FLM have helped me get my self back on an even keel. The service was very quick and the staff excellent. I have dealt with Michelle Butler and a few other staff and the service has been excellent. The rate is higher than a normal bank rate but I have no problem with that as the risk to FLM appears to be greater. From application date to having the funds was only 5 days.

    hi my name is josie needham,my caseworker was wayne welchman and i must say he did an excellent job in getting the loan i needed,i would gladly recomend flm loans to friends and family from beginning to end there was nothing i disliked about the service which was very quick indeed flm please keep up the good work many thanks again josephine needham.

    Very clear and organised customer service. Damon my caseworker has been extremely precise and well mannered in his approach to explain all the final sages of the the loan application process.

    No issues or problems whatsoever, very happy with the company.

    Slightly large payback which was the only thing i could pick out.

    i spoke with a lovely man today bradley bird about my loan he was very chearfull and well spoken on the phone , he explained things very clearly to me so i understood exactlly what was going to be happening ,flm deal will loans extremly quick and the customer service is excellent its really usefull been able to track what is happening online too , i will recomend friends ,thank you for your outstanding service and it was very nice to speak to bradley .thanks anne
