    Good Points: The card looked nice!


    Bad Points: 25 pounds charge when late with a payment, and no room for negotiation if only a day or so late. Rude customer service. I was refused to be allowed to speak to a manager.


    General comments: Through all my time with French Connection I have received very few promotional or special offers. When I was a day late with a payment I received a 25 pounds fine, and when I asked to speak to a manager I was refused and spoken to rudely! I no longer use the store card! You would be better off using your credit card in there!!
