    Bad Points: The plane was dirty and rattled for the whole journey.


    General comments: Our Fly Nordic flight to Crete was due to take off at 0905, and at 0830 we were told there would be an indefinite delay and further information at 1000. This then went to 1400 hours and then 2000 hours. It transpired that they had to send to Copenhagen for a new battery, which was flown to Heathrow and then driven to Stansted. The wrong part was sent, and so a further day was announced, until 0230 hours the next day. We were then bused to Gatwick where we eventually took off at 0500, some 20 hours later. The plane, having been fixed at Stansted, then flew to meet us at Gatwick!!

    We will never fly with such a tin pot airline again. The plane was old and dirty, and the food was poor. We could have paid a lot less to fly with BA from Gatwick, which we will be doing in future. Nordic Airlines 'NA' now stands for 'Never Again'.

    This was my first time flying with Nordic, and never again! The interior of the plane was dirty, staff were useless, and the food? When we left Arrecife we had to land at Faro to refuel (not amused). Three take offs and three landings (again, not amused). I can only assume this is a basic no frills airline, as there was no entertainment ie films or music. Lots of kiddies on-board were very very bored.

    I have used Fly Nordic most of all for flights between Norway, Sweden and Denmark. I have used this flight 2-3 time per month over the last 2 years. They are nearly always on time and have very good service. They are cheap and have help me very much with my business in that way to be cheap.
