I came accross ACC online and thought it was worth a shot to apply as I was realy struggling elswhere. I was contacted very promptly and went through the whole process via email and phone which was easy on very convenient. They gave me a max that I could borrow and all I needed to was find the car I wanteed, which I did shortly thereafter. Once car was sorted, documents were mailed to the dealer where I had to sign on the premises (new law), send them off to ACC and a few days later I had my new car ;-))) I highly reccomend them to annyone with finance issues...I almost gave up untill I came accross them!

I'm rather confused. Because my recent credit history has not been brilliant I approached Accept as I thought it was the easiest option. However, the only deal they could find was with a company that supplied its own cars, which is not what I was after (nor what is advertised on the website). They advised approaching my own bank for a personal loan so I did. To my surprise, this was approved (in spite of the fact that my bank had turned me down for a credit card 6 months ago). Applied for Car Finance Thursday Had an email same Day acceptin me for £6000 called them up All happy got the letter next day to pick a car. Picked the car and they contacted the dealer same day should be driving away by monday cant wait. :)

Having dealt with another company there were two good points with Accept Car Credit. 1 You could choose a car at any dealer.
2 The 30 day time to find a car. (It took me a over a week to find the car I wanted).
After that, I found the company to be high in customer service with no hard sell of the policies you could have. They also liaise with the dealer to finalise finance.
Highly recommended and would use again.

I applied to accept car credit after being messed around by other similar companies. Accept car credit were quick and straight to the point. The staff just couldn't do enough for me, very helpful. I will certainly use them next time.

I applied for car loan with AC, after a struggle with other loan companies,I was accepted for £11.000 and was told to pick the car I liked..I have given AC several cars I was interested in but later I happened to find better ones, at the moment I have really found a nice car that I will stick to an X-Type Jag...will give AC a call to start the process,fingers crossed I will get my car soon, AC staff are the most polite people I have ever spoken to,very helpful and professional...will updat ...

After being turned down by a few other companies my friend recommended Accept Car Credit to me. I applied on the Wednesday and was accepted Thursday morning. I got a call telling me to find a car at a garage. I called them back with the details of a golf that Id found. They quoted me (which was a lot cheaper than I expected!) and sent the paperwork to the garage. Once I signed it took about 2 days until the garage called me saying I could pick the car up. I will not use Accept Car Credit again. Their website guaranteed £350 cashback and 6 months tax, we got neither. Was offered one car only, over 100 percent interest. I was told on phone, accepted for finance and no deposit required. When we got there, then they said could do finance, but needed a deposit of 250. Then told had to be partner's insurance and not mine (we couldn't do that as he has a provisional) only then to be told we could do it all of a sudden. Asked about part ex - was of ...

With Accept Car Credit I got a decision very quickly, saying that I had been accepted, was advised which garage to go to and did. Found a car and put the deposit down. Will have to wait and see, but not holding my breath. If however everything goes through ok, I will re-post telling this.

We applied to accept car credit after reading the reviews on this website. We had been messed about by yes loans and wanted to go to a reputable company.
Accept car credit came to decision very quickly and did not charge us for this. Once they had accepted us we went and found the car we wanted, told accept car credit the registration and they did the rest.
Any questions we had and any help we needed there was always someone at the end of the willing to give us their time.

Accept car sent me a text and phoned me telling me that I had been accepted for finance on any car up to the value of 10k. Received an acceptance letter through the post and was told to go find a car. Found one the next day, rang them with the details and they said excellent, car was fine. Everything. I had a text off Accept Car Credit saying I'd been approved. After 2hours of filling in an online application. I rang them, they said go choose a car. I did, I rang them. They got me a quote.
There doing all the stuff for me, all Ive got to do next is waiting for them to call and I can go pick my car up. They are very polite and friendly. Any questions you have they shall answer.

I called the office and the customer service is second to none, I spoke to a chap and he told me that I had been accepted for a car loan up to £8,000 and I could go and look for a car. Having been declined by my local dealer, I came across this company on the internet. Once I'd applied on their site, I got a text message and a call from a very polite and helpful young chap, who took his time and talked me through the details and gave me some ideas of repayments. Accept Car Credit were very helpful, and they were able to answer any questions really quickly. I received a very quick response and sensible credit limit on my car loan, and they deal directly with the sales people once you have decided on the car you want. Their interest rate is 40+ percent, but if you can't get credit elsewhere that is OK (ish).

I got a better deal from Accept Car Credit than I expected. They were really nice people, and I liked that I could go to any garage.

I have applied to a few loan companies and got some very high quotes back. I applied to Accept and they have been really helpful. I got a payment cheaper than I thought I would.

Having already tried with Yes Loans, and reading other reviews on the Review Centre website (found entirely by accident). I came across the reviews for this company.

It was a shame that Accept car credit couldn't get me credit for the car I found first - (an Impreza). It was because of something about the insurance group, but they accepted me for £7500 and let me go to anywhere I liked to buy a car. It got sorted within a week. It was good that they didn't sell the car, and I got to find my own.
