    Good Points: Handling, so much fun to drive. Parts are really cheap. Cheap to run.


    Bad Points: They rust everywhere. Only 4 gears and watch out for drum brakes as they fade easily. Not much room for mates and not really a car for long distances.


    General comments: My first car and I still remember my Mini with a smile on my face. Nothing will out handle a Mini and around town with around 100bhp nothing ever caught me. So easy to work on it's a bit scary at first. The carb comes off with just 4 bolts!!!!. Metro and MG parts fit to Mini so plenty of choice with parts. I wish I still had mine as nothing has ever made me smile as much, like the day I beat a 205 GTi around town. Simply the best first car you can ever own.
