I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews about this company. I'm now on my 4th contract with them and have never had any problems. My cashback claims have always been processed quickly and the money is in my account usually within 7 days of my posting it of. I know that they have the rules about ...

Phone arrived without sim card.I found it difficult to speak to a human customer services advisor.It seemed as though Customer Services had not read my e-mails properly.Missing sim card took 10 days to arrive. I will never use this Company again.

Can't get hold of Mobile Express - been chasing £340 that they owe me since Sept 07 - they keep promising the cheque is in the post everytime I speak to them... 9 months on and I still haven't received anything from them.

Went onto mobile express for a new phone and received it the next day. My wii with wii sports came with it. Love this service.
I would definitely use this company again. they were excellent.

I have had nothing but problems since dealing with Mobile Express www.mobileexpress.co.uk for my cashback. Now its changed to e-mail i have sent approx 20 e-mail's since march waiting for my cheque. I have had 2 cheques in past but had to keep phoning. No can't phone and i have had no acknowledgeme ...

The website is great, giving full details of every phone, that's why i am giving it 1 out of 10.
