    I have been using Vonage since 2007. Initially I experienced a few issues, but you have to remember here is that Vonage uses your broadband connection to route voice calls through. Hence if you have an unreliable broadband connection it will affect your voice calls - breaking up etc. I upgraded my ...

    Unbelievably horrible phone service and customer service. I have never had an experience like the one I had with Vonage's customer service. During the 6 months I used their service, more than half of that time the modem wasn't working, therefore, I would have no phone service for hours at a time. Wh ...

    Vonage was 7 months of hell. The line is either 'temporarily busy' or breaking up, unless you are ringing a number not included in any package (eg. mobile).

    Have used vonage both in USA and here in the UK for years, the best, dont have to worry about the kids keeping in touch with grandma and papa in Texas, they can stay on the phone all day and night if they want to and wont cost anything with my monthly subscription.

    I love Vonage. There is no difference between vonage and the local telephone company. The quality is the same.

    Vonage is particularly useful if moving house often (like students and junior doctors in the national health service). No need to change phone number, plus no worry about minimal contract on land line, using internet provided in staff accommodation.

    I have been trying to talk to someone at vonage for three days trying to give them my business.... I cant get an answer as to why I would need thier adapter as i currently have a voIP phone.
    the people that call you back are VERY polite but only seem to be working from a script when talking to me.

    Even when running torrents call quality on Vonage is good - used on Be Unlimited (Pro) / o2 (Basic package) with consistent 6mB down / 1.2mB up connection - can't get faster because of distance to exchange. I haven't taken the Vonage Box and used in other locations - but did consider taking with me ...
