Would definitely not use On The Beach Holidays again an would recommend anyone think very carefully before using them you may be lucky but if theirs a problem their difficult to contact - it sometimes seems like no one will talk on phone.

I booked a family holiday to Ayia Napa, Cyprus. 2 adults, 2 teenagers in Sept. The hotel was perfect for us, positioned right on the beach and a 10 minute walk into the centre.

Watch out for defaults set to extra cost for extra bags (which is not clear in my opinion). Unhelpful customer service in my experience.. I do not recommend On the beach holidays.

After my payment was confirmed a pop up box stated if I wanted to take hold luggage I would have to decide there & then, and pay for the luggage for everyone travelling on this booking. Disapointed, Booked a holiday for myself and wife, confirmation sent (great) booked for my daughter, son in law and infant in the same apartment block and got confirmation (great).
Next day printed off all the gumf that came for my daughters party but not mine! Three days later got a phone call sayi ...

Price showed as reasonable at first, then when pressed book showed another price, also didn't state that the airport was 5 and a half hour drive from the hotel, when we found this out we tried to swap to an airport near to the resort but was totally unhelpful, and said could not do it, found communi ...

Total nightmare, not recommended. I have been trying to get refund on debit card for a holiday I cancelled 4 weeks ago. It's been like getting blood out of a stone!
I have logged my compaint with ABTA
On The Beach were keen enough to take money but not keen giving it back.
