The website disappeared with still 100 free pictures I had received of them for being unable to print an order (which I was refunded for). The only bad thing is that the shipping costs - due to situated in France - is too high and takes too long. Mostly I need the pictures right away and can't wait ...

They deliver too late, or not at all. If they do not deliver on time, there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. You could send them a message, but it is not read anyway.

If you are unlucky and don't get your photos or get overcharged, the best thing you could do is probably to forget ...

Our last order of 540 photos from Pix Discount never arrived (after nearly 2 months). We paid 60 EUR. Pixdiscount do not respond to any email requests despite the web site promises. I'm still waiting for my photos from Pix Discount. My money was taken from my card approx 2 weeks ago. They will not even answer any of my emails (have sent 5 over last few days). They didn't even let me know the photos would be late. Not worth dealing with!
