  The Co-operative Bank Clear Credit Card offers a VERY Low APR (9.9%). It is a Visa, so it's very widely accepted. It is sleek Looking. Can pay the bill online, over the phone or in branch. Can withdraw cash and issue cheques on it, and do not get charged for doing so - on other cards there is a 2% ...
