My son used these to make a bit of money back from his old phone. The phone we sent to them was in very good condition and was very very well packed indeed.

I unfortunately work for this company and know for a fact, that when trade ins are low they assign a team of their phone testers to trawl the internet and write false reviews. they dont seem to realise that IMPROVING the service would be time better spent than writing 'reviews'. it is ran by idiots ...

Sent my N95 to them after I had it round for a nearly a year, got confirmation email 2 days later saying that they accepted the phone at the price the qouted and it was working and my cheque was in the post...
