The retro look of the Vespa LX50 50 speaks for itself, it is simply beautiful. Bad point is too expensive

Love my vespa lx50.Only had it a couple of months and find it smooth and easy to ride.Bought it second hand and its done quite a lot of miles but the last owner looked after her well and i am sure theres still a lot of scootering left in it yet.
I would tell anyone looking for a first scooter to get ...

I've had my Vespa LX50 for nearly a month and love nipping around London on it. It's perfect, if like me, you're a novice scooter rider and only have short distances in town to make (anything more than 10 miles and you're pushing it a bit).
The bike looks stylish, is a doddle to ride thanks to autom ...

I completely recommend this scooter. I was worried that a 50cc scooter wouldn't be powerful enough. It is a little slow sometimes on takeoff, but usually it's not a problem. I've easily gone up hills, also have taken riders - making the weight of the passengers 400 lbs, still keeps scooting!

Had my LX50 about.. Three weeks now? Unfortunately through no fault of my own I am now having to finance £300 worth of repairs.
That aside the LX50 for me has been phenomenal. The ride comfort is sensational. The scooter to look at is.. Stunning to say the least. I find that it is rather slow ...

I bought this scoot summer of 2006. I've put on about 1100 miles since then. The New England winters don't allow too much riding, so I pretty much bring it out end of April and ride until the end of October. It's a BLAST! I won't have it for a couple of days while the upgrades are added -- that shou ...

The Vespa LX50 is slow, so I upgraded to a 70cc cylinder and a go fast cam. Now she is great. I get 50+ MPH, and around 90MPG. I live in suburban Philadelphia and commute to New Jersey, and have enough speed to stay out of the range if the road rage-ers rushing to work. With the added rear rack, I h ...

The Vespa LX50 is a beauty, however there are significant issues with the durability. If you don't have private parking in a safe wind free area then don't buy this scooter!
The scooter is too light and will fall off the stand in a moderate breeze. Also as the body is one peice of metal there is no ...
