    It does not pick up threads from the carpet, but it does pick up the light stuff when I first bought this it was a great vacuum.     Does nothing it claims. Wish we had done some proper research. Maybe ok on wooden floors. But is advertised specifically for pets failed to pick up cat hair or human hair or just fluff.
