    Lower Cost Complaints Ltd offer a swift and efficient endowment mortgage compensation service with friendly staff, excellent email response times and clear explanations of complex matters.

    Highly recommended.

    Lower Cost Complaints work entirely through email and post, though they do have a phone number. However, this email system worked well. Responses were quick, and it felt as comfortable as talking on the phone, and it was less frustrating than some attempts to get through on the phone can be these da ...

    I have a shortfall on my endowment and did not know what to do, so I searched the web and found lots of companies offering to help with the complaint.
