    I have flown with Thomson Fly 12 times. Each time the flights are on average 1.5 hours late. We are not informed of how late the flight is until 10 minutes before departure! Also, Thomson do not have staff representatives at the airport; only on the plane. Their prices are not exactly cheap either.

    Flew to Copper Mountain in Denver with Thomson Fly in March 2006. The flight was OK, and staff were OK, but there were NO DRINKS FOR CHILDREN.     My wife and I used the Thomson Fly airline to fly to the USA as part of a Princess Cruise. We upgraded, and the behaviour of the flight attendants was poor, the food was awful, and overall the experience has put me off the cruise company. Our subsequent complaint was treated with disdain.
