This is the best eyeliner I have found in years. I love the blue color with my blue eyes, I've gotten so many compliments on it. It stays on all day, even if my eyes water. Great stuff!

Blinc "Kiss Me" Eyeliner lasts all day til you're ready to take it off.
Genuinely hard-wearing, waterproof liquid eyeliner! Lives up to it's claims that it won't fade, smudge, run or flake.
Comes off without smearing all over the place like most eyeliners! Just wipe off with just warm water/ ...
