She talked to Willow the whole time to reassure her. The cat's a Persian that doesn't like having her belly combed, so that and her armpits had become a bit matted. They fitted me in at short notice, and they have done a wonderful job on my two Persians. One needed a total shave and clean, and I will keep up my visits to Cat Grooming Specialist to ensure she doesn't get matted again. When I first found the Cat Grooming Specialist London my two Persians were very matted. She has, over the last year, done an excellent job on them. I don't even go to the vets anymore as she has a veterinary background, so she really saves me money and time in the long run!

Excellent cat groomer. I was refused by many groomers because I had a very badly matted cat. Cat Grooming Specialist London did an absolutely fantastic job. Very professional. Highly recommend!
