    For me, it's the worst printer on earth. My experience with this one made me feel doubtful of the quality of all HP products.

    Luckily I got the HP Deskjet 656c for free or someone's head would roll.

    It's by far the worst printer I've ever seen. Every other time I try to print (2 page documents) it prints the 1st page to 3/4, skips the rest and then destroys 5-6 sheets of paper by printing them with strange characters.

    I am sorry HPdeskjet 656c , but it turned out to be a bad review. Maybe your profesional office machines are the best. But the segment of cheaper printers seems to be coveres better by others.

    Printer installation proved irksome as I made the cardinal mistake of not following the on screen instructions to the letter/mouse click. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL SOFTWARE THROUGH WINDOWS - USE THE SUPPLIED CD. When I did follow the instructions to the letter, software installed without a problem ...
