    They delivered the completely wrong flowers.
    I did not receive an email confirmation that the flowers had been sent.
    I did not receive the photo as their site says.
    I found it impossible to contact them by phone.
    I spoke to their other offices but the person I spoke to seemed unhelpful.

    I received two emails from www.aquarelle.de requesting all the information that I had already emailed to them.     The plant died only 16 days after it arrived. This is due to couple of reasons; the plant arrived from Aqyarelle with half of it's earth out of the pot due to careless handling during transit. Further more the plant spent an entire 24 hours in the freezing cold weather with only a cardboard box as p ...
