    The only good thing about the job was the skill of the fitter. The cupboard doors and worktop are good, but we could have bought them from B&Q for a fraction of the cost that we paid Kitchen Facades.

    I'm not sure that the previous negative comments have come from people using the same firm!!! Or are they reviews by rivals trying to spread a bad word?     They left the job incomplete.

    They didn't return your calls, and the quality of the wood that Kitchen Facades have used is horrible.

    Don't do it - run like the wind - take your money and go elsewhere whilst your sanity and kitchen are still intact.

    The fitters are a good crew, but the management and the service are not.

    When problems arose due to their bad management of the job and workmanship in their factory, Kitchen Facades didn't want to know. They demand payment without any regard for their mistakes.

    I read the previous negative reviews and still decided to go ahead with Kitchen Facades. I have not been in any way let down. I got the a far greater level of service than I would expect for my modest investment.

    The quality of Atkinson's Replacement Doors and their materials is pretty good (the work top was excellent), but the professionalism and quality of the Kitchen Facades fitters was average at best.

    Kitchen Facades make huge promises but we are still waiting for them to deliver. The work can be slow, and I don't feel what the did was best suited to our kitchen.

    Faulty Doors arrived twice
    Installation date moved 3 times
    Kitchen Facades has the worst after service ever experienced.
    Left with no kitchen for 2 months with no offer of compensation.
    Doors falling to pieces after 3 months and it takes a week and 16 messages and a threat of legal action before ...
