    Only the Irish could bring us this Guinness drink of black perfection and God bless them for it. Although considered an acquired taste, I recommend you stick at it until you've acquired it.     Although considered to be an "acquired taste", I would recommend Guinness to anyone as it is quality. However I don't agree with the notion that it tastes better in Dublin, Ireland. I have been to Dublin a few times and you are lucky if you can even them to put a shamrock on your pint.

    Here in the UK Guinness is still one of the better mass-marketed beers, unlike lager it should be served at room temperature, and not gulped down (let it settle). Don't touch Extra Cold Guinness; it's lost all the taste.

    Guiness is a very delightful beer. It has a very dark color, strong taste, thick body, and, if poured right, a thick fluffy head, delicious. Be sure to keep it cold, and try not to chug this heavy beer. Irish? Drink up!
