Awful company. No communication. Impossible to cancel orders or return goods. Orders arrived very late even when cancelled. DO NOT USE.

Like everyone else, no answer to emails. Order before xmas when item appeared in stock. Nothing other than automated response. And no telephone number to ring.

Appalling customer service. They sent a game in the wrong format three weeks ago. I have been trying to return it and obtain a refund since. Please beware of this company. order goods that are in stock but they are not sent out until after 15 days. I sent emails to cancel my order twice in that time but have been ignored. order from them at your risk.

Ordered item for the x-box on the 26th Nov, still waiting on the 22nd of December. they are blaming Royal mail and told me they would supply me with a tracking number STILL WAITING. E-mailed them 6 times and recieved one reply and they don't supply a telephone number. STAY WELL CLEAR if you ask me.
