    Large range on show. When something went wrong the customer complaints line was pathetic! Do not expect any help from my experience, we posted back a cd that was incorrect after contacting them only for Tesco to claim they never got it back. Ok till something goes wrong, you are much better off else ...

    I'm starting to think Tesco is getting to big for its boots, when I phoned their head office I was given the 'you know a lot of people say that' brush off. Then perhaps change it...

    Tesco Extra a waste of time & space. Waited 2 weeks - then was told they couldn't complete order.

    Go elsewhere !

    Bought one music tracks off Tesco Online. They don't play on a PC or an MP3 player. DO NOT BUY MUSIC FROM TESCO ONLINE.

    After previously ordering an Evening with Matt Monro DVD for my Mum for Xmas from 101CD, and this being on order from them for 4 weeks, I decided to cancel this order and try Tesco Extra. I had ordered goods from them before, successfully, but I sometimes forget they are there!
