    In a word ........ pathetic. 7 weeks into the claim I got a call from SW to tell me they'd lost the signed drivers admission of blame I'd sent them.     Avoid at all costs. No end of problems with Sheilas Wheels. First started when trying to make amendments to my policy.Took 5 attempts for them get my policy amended properly.

    Terrible terrible customer service. I have had the unfortune to deal with Sheilas Wheels Car Insurance after a no-blame claim and have had shoddy service.
