  I always look forward to coming to this gym to do my work outs where everyone is welcome no matter how young, old and condition of fitness. Value for money is great too.

  Keepersfit gym opened in March 2005, it is just what the small town of Abergavenny needs. There is ample CV equipment, plenty of fixed weight stations and more free weights than even Arnie would know what to do with.
