    Went to the Angel Inn last night, and can barely begin to start reviewing as it was so horrendously bad.     Try to create a good simple menu from good fresh ingredients. There is nothing wrong with the good traditional Sunday roast for the main course ... good fresh organic vegetables are in vogue and very tasty. The key words are' good ' and 'fresh.'

    At the Angel Inn in Salem, Llandeilo you get fresh locally sourced food cooked in an imaginative manner.
    Food to die for.
