    I have a problem to use it.
    I'm trying to run it under Win 2000.
    The installation was clear and without problems.
    Drivers ok. but when i'm trying to run its software to scan appears a message says "connect your scanner or switch it on"and I can't scan..
    If somebody knows any solution for my prob ...

    The scanner takes at least a minute to scan a picture but the results are good.
    Using SCSI is a problem because you need to switch your scanner on before your PC so that the PC recognises it. There is a way round this by refreshing the hardware list in the control panel system settings.
