Virgin Blue deserve a zero but the site won't allow me to give them that rating. I will never fly on any Virgin owned airlines ever again. I was flying for work and as I didn't pay for the fully-flexible economy ticket, I certainly can't complain. The low prices of the ticket are perhaps the only reason to fly Virgin Blue at all. I'm not sure that there is any other reason I'd consider in the future and will be more than happy to fly ...

Visited Australia in March 2006 and flew with Virgin Blue four times, greatly impressed with their service and efficiency. Would almost certainly use them again. For the price you can't beat them.
