glad I bought my humax pvr-9200t when I did, quite a few years ago. Never had any problems and amazed at the number of programmes I can record at the same time, too many to keep up with watching but easily erase if don't want to keep or watch

We, too, purchased a Humax after researching, believing it to be the best. We purchased the Humax PVR 9300T, from Currys and took out an extended 3 year warranty. We are now on our 3rd box, every one having had the same problem. We set the series link to record but after several weeks it knocks its ...

Bought my Humax PVR-9200T a little over a week ago - after reading reviews on the net. I'd had a bad experience with the last freeview recorder I'd had (a Thomson), culminating in it failing completely. The truth is, I'd never had a digital HDD recorder that worked well - there was always something ...

I have now had my Humax PVR-9200T for about a year and it has been excellent. It has certainly changed how we view television and apart from the News, we very rarely watch TV when it is being shown but record it and watch it later. That way, you can skip the adverts.
It has frozen a couple of times ...

What an excellent piece of equipment. The ability to record two programs and as long as your third channel appears in one of the transmission channels, you can watch a third. Also, the ability to suck the programs off the Humax and store on DVD's etc. I have found the Humax software a bit naff though ...

Over two years this Humax PVR-9200T machine has been reliable, and has a good specification. In fact, so good, that we seem to have moved over to always watching a recording than live. The software in the Humax PVR-9200T recorder has a few bugs that shouldn't have got into the first version, never ...

Have lost all my recorded programmes on my Humax PVR on at least three occasions when the system freezes and was forced to reformat the drive to continue. It has also frozen on a few occasions when powering off/on was sufficient to start it again. The latest problem is that it stopped recording both ...

This is undoubtedly an excellent machine. I live in an area of a weak digital and the PVR9200T delivers a very good quality picture. It could be argued that this is a Rolls Royce among set top boxes. I would have rated it at 10, however read on...
Humax's customer service that I experienced was a ...

I replaced a twice faulty Digifusion PVRT-200 with the Humax 9200T and never have looked back. Every piece of electronic kit will have faults, mine has been fault free .
BTW the fan blows air OUT, and is a good reason for it running in order to help keep the air cool around the internal power supp ...
