Like so many other people I too was offered a loan was told what my monthly repayments would be, which sounded o.k. for me, was asked for my bank account details into which the loan should be paid, and also for an admin. Fee of £60.00 to cover the cost of transferring the loan to my account. ...

Like many others I applied to Yes loans. After paying the admin charge (which came straight out of my bank account) for the 'approved' loan I was assured that even if I did not proceed with the loan a broker fee refund (minus £5) will be paid back to me.
After not hearing anything for a week ...

Their Customer services at YES Loans is the worst I have ever experienced. Some of their agents can be impatient.
They apparently withdrew their administration fee within 30 minutes of my providing them with my details. I advise strognly against using this organisation as a broker.

I signed the agreement and paid my £59 deposit. However after being told they had found me a loan I then waited 2 and a half weeks to receive the paperwork, after numerous telephone calls and e-mails I eventually managed to contact the loan company direct only to be told they did not have any ...

My partner tried to take a loan out with Yes Loans - he was guaranteed £5000, he signed the paperwork, I paid the £50 odd processing fee then we waited. We heard nothing for about a week so he phoned them - he ended up on hold for hours listening to Coldplay. When he finally got throug ...

These guys are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to getting it back its a whole different situation. I was told my refund would be in my account within 28 days. Today is the 28th day. Guess what? No refund! So I call them up, and automatically get through only to be shoved to another ...

Put from pillar to post. Have to wait three months for my fee refund, overheard unkindly comments by supervisor, another company to avoid at all cost.

I would not recommend paying the £65 application fee YES Loans ask for - the deal I ended up getting was worse than what I was quoted. was quoted an interest rate of 15%pa and when I had been 'approved' by one of their lenders, this had gone up to 65%.

I haven't a great credit history so I was willing to pay the YES Loans fee to get the loan but I didnt have the £59 until I got paid at the end of the month, so the man said if I give him my card details he won't take the money out until the end of the month, he seemed quite keen as when I sa ...
