    Excelent Desiner from Dolphin Bathrooms that showed me the final look by computer (CAD). Looked after and kept infomed of progres from design, surveyor, delivery, project manager and fitters.

    We decided to go for the half price sale offer on the Dolphin Special Care Bathrooms.     Dolphin Bathrooms sounded so good, the salesman was excellent and the surveyor was very thorough.     My advice is: don't even go there! We called a designer out (an evening appointment), for a start he was half an hour late.     Spent £7000 on a bathroom that took almost a year to fit, and had to fight for a £600 discount for over half a year. Just received the cheque from Dolphin Bathrooms today. Useless customer service. Useless fitters.

    I am not impressed with Dolphin Bathrooms. I found respect and customer care to be very poor. I didn't get as far as having the bathroom planning and installation stage, as the Salesman refused to attend the initial appointment because my husband would not be present!
