I bought this as I had been very impressed with my old Nokia 6820 but wanted better web access. It is a good contender to the current Blackberry market, but obviously the people who designed the Nokia E61 mobile phone may have never used a Blackberry themselves.

The Nokia E61 looks good, however, the reception is poor. The phone fails regularly in normal use, loses network connection and cannot make or receive calls. Problem occurred twice a day in first two days of use. Some obscure software problem, not clear how to replicate.
