Bread sauce has got to be one of the best sauces to go with roast meat.
Ingredients:-
600ml milk
50g of butter
1 onion chopped
6 clves
6 peppercorns
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
3 thyme sprigs
100g white breadcrumbs
4tbsp single cream
pinch nutmeg
