After paying my £49.50 fee... I complained to them that the quality of details they were sending me were unsuitable for me and asked for a full refund.

3 days later received a cheque for £45 ( £49.50 less brokerage fee they said)

Well folks, just to update you. I got my money back after emailing the directors of the company. I was then passed to some guy, I was told it would take up to ten working days to go back into my account. I thought this was rubbish and told them so and that if the money wasn't back in my account with ...

After going through the same process that everyone else has and stupidly paying the money I am now in the process of getting it back. You have to be relentless though. This is the worst of them all apart from perhaps Yes.
    Email these people
and don't stop until they offer you the full refund. Even ...
