having paid for a survey for a property that was STC to me. Brigdfords then informed the seller that i was no longer interested pfttt!!!!! only then to find out that bridgfords put forward a cash buyer..... nice one!!! would not recommend this estate agents to my worst enemy!!!

As a seller I was shocked to find out about the contract. It held me in with Bridgefords for 26 weeks, and even after that they wanted commission on the sale if another estate agent sold it and they had introduced the same person (introduced meant giving details out on phone, by hand etc).
