Personally, I find no difficulty whatsoever in setting the password for my Girl Tech Password Journal. I only had to go through the whole setup once, and didn't have to repeat a thing. There are other people who have said it's nearly impossible to get theirs to work. I can't agree with that. Als ...

This password journal was working fine until my daughter's password recording got a bit muffled and therfore the journal would not open, she got really frustrated.........after 20 minutes trying numerous things I eventually cracked a way to open it......

We will be taking ours back. We have tried since Christmas day, 8 days ago to set our password and it will not accept anything from 3 different people. My daughter is very upset that we cannot get it to work and frankly I am to for the price that we paid. The biggest rip off since water!!

I love it, my child loves it too. Its a good way to keep things secret. The Girl Tecyh Password Journal is a great idea and great piece of fun. Definitely recommend to all kids who like things like these.

My girls were heartbroken after setting the password to find it didn't open! We even tried to set the password from a recording so it was exactly the same every time, but it still only opens now and then. We bought this and could not get the date or time set. We got a replacement and it's no better. We can't set the date or time and it only recognises the password about 50% of the time.

i might be getting it soon. Its good because its voice controlled and is so cool but you have to remember the exact tone of you voice to open it, if it doesnt work im getting a refund.
