I took out the M&S card due to the 0% initial offer on purchases as I was anticipating large outgoings and a lean time with the end of tax year nad a new job. The voucher incentives seemed a bonus. I shop weekly at your store and find the staff friendly and helpful but I must say I did prefer the store the way it was in the food hall (green as it was fresh looking and clean) instead of the black as I find it very depressing, the rest of the store is fine but the food hall is too dark.
